This calendar opens-up to become a table-top, four-sided lantern in which a light source can be placed to illuminate the transparency windows (if using candles they must never be left unattended).
St. Nicholas arrives on the 6th of December, whilst birds and angels appear above. Depicts children journeying amongst details of plants and countryside animals towards the nativity stable on the 24th of December.
With a total of 28 discovery-doors.
