Transforming human feeling through spiritual perception is the work we do when we contemplate ourselves unified with the Christ. The earth itself, says Dr. Steiner, was also united with the Christ in the Mystery of Golgotha. It experiences pleasure and pain through the plants and in the crystallization process. Its consciousness manifests in the cycles of the seasons. And its biological processes, like ours, reflect the presence of spiritual love.
