Again and again in the course of his life, Rudolf Steiner emphasized that Anthroposophy is not only a teaching, but an individual path of knowledge. In a few special moments he went further and said that in reality Anthroposophy is a spiritual being, present in the supersensible world. In these moments, he spoke of her as the being 'Anthroposophia.' From the spiritual world, this being unites the individual paths of human beings so that the foundation of a community arises. Together with an introduction by Henry Barnes, Ralph Gleide leads us through the daily rhythms of the Foundation Stone Mantram, originally given by Rudolf Steiner at Christmas 1923.
